Real project lessons for transport’s next generation

Early bird tickets for Transport Australia’s NSW Emerging Leaders Breakfast close this Thursday, and places are filling quickly. Practical, city-specific, this event is focused on how Sydney transport projects actually move from design intent to delivery reality.

Co-designed with early career professionals, the session responds directly to what they told us they want from industry events: useful insight, access to project and technical leaders, and connections that help them build a career in transport.

From Drawings to Delivery: Design, Constructability and Network Performance in Sydney will explore what it really takes to deliver transport work in one of Australia’s most complex networks.

Sydney is moving beyond the big-build era into a harder phase: making the existing network safer, more reliable and more productive. That means better decisions on design, constructability, corridor use, safety, technology and network performance.

Emerging leaders will hear directly from:
